Advantech Solutions is a M/WBE/8a certified consulting and executive search firm headquartered in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The company was founded in 1999 and has provided information technology solutions and services to Fortune 1000 companies and State/Local Government since its inception. Advantech Solutions has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional services to our clients and a highly sought after work environment for our consultants.

Screening Process:
Our screening and quality control candidate selection program is strictly monitored to maintain the highest level of quality with the resources we provide our clients.
Our Technical Recruiting staff prescreens candidates for technical skills, rates and availability before client interviews are scheduled. We present our consultants with "Case Scenarios" to check their abilities and approach to handling certain situations. In addition, we have Senior Consultants available to assist in the evaluation process of the consultant's technical skills. If the technical skills match, we check "professional references" with their managers (not peers) and conduct Tech Check tests.
In addition to evaluating consultant's technical skills, we strive to ensure that each candidate qualifies from a "personality" blend with the client's culture and environment. Many candidates possess the right technical skills, but having the right personality fit is also key to a successful consultant/client match.
Each Advantech Solutions consultant signs a Consultant Responsibility and a Confidentiality Agreement. In addition, once an Advantech Solutions consultant is selected for assignment, we extend an offer contingent on favorable Background and Drug test results.
Advantech Solutions will meet with the client personnel periodically, regarding the consultant's performance on the project in terms of quality and performance. This ensures that each consultant is progressing beyond expectations according to Advantech and the Clients standards.
